Grooming
1. Since most lionhead rabbits have manes of fur around their necks and skirts of fur around their back hips, they do require some grooming. I use a small cat brush that has one side of bristles and the other side the metal bristles. They seem to enjoy the attention and keeping them free of mats will keep them cleaner and healthier.
2. On their back ends, I use baby wipes to keep them clean and keep the rabbit poops from getting caught in their fur. If you do have mats, remember to pull the fur from the mat, not the mat from the fur.
